Verified identities

Freelancers verify their identity with an ID document before they can start contracts or withdraw money. Payouts go only to a wallet the freelancer added with two-factor authentication.

Account security

Two-factor authentication, alerts for new sign-ins, and the ability to sign out every device. Staff accounts always require two-factor authentication.

Staying on the platform

Contact details are hidden in chat until a contract starts. Never pay or accept payment outside Gigisto.

Reporting problems

Use Report on any profile, job, service or message. Our moderation team reviews every report.
