Hire tech talent. Pay safely.
Post a project, buy a ready-made service or hire by the hour. Whatever you choose, the money waits in escrow until you approve the work.

From idea to done in four steps
- 1
Describe the work
Post a project for free, pick a ready-made service, or invite freelancers you like straight from their profile.
- 2
Choose the right person
Compare proposals, portfolios and reviews. Look for the ID-verified badge, and chat before you hire.
- 3
Pay into escrow
Fund a milestone, an order or a weekly invoice by card or SEPA transfer. The freelancer sees that the money is secured — but it is not released yet.
- 4
Approve and release
Happy with the result? Approve it and the freelancer is paid. Need changes? Ask for them. If you do not answer within 14 days, the payment is released automatically, so nobody waits forever.

Three ways to work
Pick what fits the job. Every option has the same escrow protection and the same review system.
Fixed price with milestones
Split a project into milestones. Fund one at a time and release each one when it is delivered.
Ready-made services
Buy a Basic, Standard or Premium package with a fixed price, delivery time and revisions. Add extras if you need more.
Hourly contracts
Agree an hourly rate and a weekly limit. The freelancer logs time with notes; you pay a weekly invoice into escrow and review it before release.
How escrow protects both sides
- 1
Fund
The client pays into escrow. The money is held, not sent.
- 2
Work
The freelancer delivers in the contract room with files and messages.
- 3
Approve
The client approves the work or asks for changes.
- 4
Release
The freelancer is paid, minus one flat commission of 10%.
Do great work. Get paid on time.
- 1
Build your profile
Add your skills, hourly rate and portfolio. Verify your identity once to get the badge and start contracts.
- 2
Find work
Send proposals to jobs, publish services with packages, or accept invitations from clients.
- 3
Deliver
Work in the contract room: milestones, files, messages and time logs in one place.
- 4
Get paid
Released money becomes available after a 5-day security hold. Withdraw it in crypto (USDT or USDC) to your own wallet. Bank payouts (SEPA) are coming soon.

Questions people ask
Do clients pay any fees?
No. Posting a job, hiring and paying are free for clients. Freelancers pay one flat commission of 10% on what they receive.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Ask for changes before you approve. If you still cannot agree, open a dispute: our team reviews the contract, messages and files and decides how the money in escrow is split.
How do I know a freelancer is real?
Freelancers verify their identity with an ID document and a selfie before they can start contracts or withdraw money. Look for the verified badge on their profile.
How can I pay?
By card or SEPA bank transfer, in euros. You can choose to see prices in another currency.
When do freelancers get paid?
When the client approves a delivery, or automatically after 14 days without an answer. After a 5-day security hold, the money can be withdrawn in crypto (bank payouts by SEPA are coming soon).
Can we talk before starting?
Yes. Chat with a freelancer before you hire. Contact details stay hidden until a contract starts, so payments stay protected.
