How escrow works

  1. Fund — the client pays into escrow. The money is held, not sent.
  2. Work — the freelancer delivers in the contract room.
  3. Approve — the client approves or asks for changes. No answer within 14 days releases the payment automatically.
  4. Release — the freelancer receives the money minus the commission; it can be withdrawn after the security hold.
